Refund Policy

Refunds available within 7 days of purchase if the files have not been downloaded. Once downloaded, sales are final.

Exceptions

We'll fix or refund if a file is corrupted/missing and we can't provide a working replacement, or for an accidental duplicate purchase.

How to request

Email our Contact form with order number and reason. Approved refunds go to the original payment method in 5–10 business days.

App subscriptions (if any)

Cancel anytime; no prorated refunds unless required by law.
